We currently ship within Australia only.
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders, unless a surcharge is clearly shown at checkout for oversized items or remote locations (if applicable).
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery time is around 6–9 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link/number (where tracking is available). If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
We offer 30-day returns from the delivery date for change-of-mind returns, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with any included accessories/parts (conditions apply).
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Yes. Please contact us first to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA may be delayed or refused.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Belfolio covers return shipping (or provides a label where available).
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- custom/personalised itemshygiene-sensitive products (unless unopened and unused)
- items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts/packaging
After we receive and inspect your return (or confirm the issue), refunds are typically processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the funds.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging
We’ll assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please check your safe-drop location, reception/parcel locker, and neighbours. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you open a carrier enquiry.
