30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it

  • New only (unworn, unused)

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)


What We Accept

  • Returns: We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

To request a return, contact us at support@belfolio.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • (Optional) The reason for return

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Return Label

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions. If a return label is provided, any shipping/label costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise above.


Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If possible, include photos.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
