Shipping policy

Belfolio ships within Australia. This Shipping Policy explains our dispatch process, delivery expectations, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

1) Shipping destination

Australia only: We currently deliver to addresses within Australia (including most metro and regional areas).
If we expand to new regions in the future, we’ll update this page.

2) Shipping costs

  • Free Shipping within Australia.

  • No hidden fees: Any applicable shipping-related charges (if any) are shown before you pay at checkout.

3) Order processing (dispatch)

  • Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays: These are processed on the next business day.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 pm (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

4) Delivery timeframes (transit time)

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:

  • Standard delivery (Australia): 5–7 business days (Mon-Fri)

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, extreme weather, peak periods, or remote destinations).

5) Carriers and fulfilment

We ship using reputable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Australia Post, or equivalent local couriers, depending on your location and the parcel type.

Where available, shipments may be insured and/or covered under carrier loss/damage processes. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help (see Section 8).

6) Tracking your order

If tracking is available for your shipment:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number and carrier details by email after dispatch.

  • You can follow tracking using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email (or via your account order page if you created an account).

If you didn’t receive tracking, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

7) Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

Belfolio is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:

  • incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or

  • delivery instructions that prevent the carrier from completing delivery.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the order.

8) Problems with delivery (missing, damaged, or lost)

A) Missing item(s) in your parcel

If something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • which item is missing

  • photos of the parcel (including packaging), if possible

We’ll investigate and, where confirmed, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

B) Parcel arrived damaged

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and the outer packaging

We’ll assess and assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

C) Parcel shows “delivered,” but you can’t find it

Please check your safe-drop location, reception/parcel locker, and with neighbours. If it’s still missing, contact us, and we’ll help you lodge a carrier enquiry.

D) Parcel appears lost in transit

If tracking stops updating for an extended period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

9) Returns (summary only)

Returns are covered in detail in our Refunds Policy. In summary:

  • Change-of-mind returns: accepted within 30 days of delivery (conditions apply)

  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law

Important: Please follow the returns process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back.

10) No restocking fee

Belfolio does not charge a restocking fee.
